Additionally, with this glue, if any residue remains on the glue tab, new glue can be applied directly on top, allowing you to continue working immediately.
Is very good for small and medium hail damage.
The adhesive optimally draws larger, flat dents.
It is possible to work with this hot glue with almost no release agent, as it can be easily removed from the paintwork surface or from the adapter.
Depending on the room temperature, the glue gun should be set between 130 and 180 °C; 160 °C is recommended.
The normal setting time is 15-20 seconds at a temperature of 16-18 degrees, depending on the size of the adhesive adapter.
At higher outside temperatures, the setting time is correspondingly longer and the adhesive must therefore be given a longer setting time.
Less setting time is required when using smaller adapters, and more when using larger ones.
In addition, the duration of the setting time depends on the tensile force that is required.
The glue is suitable for use with HDPRO adapters.
It is elastic and good to use on larger, flat dents.
