We ship our packages with DHL (Mon.-Fri.) After receipt of payment.

You will receive after the shipment the tracking number for tracking by e-mail.

PLEASE pay attention to the following DHL transport exclusions / inadmissible contents:
Air cargo safety regulations - According to the EU regulations * (No 272/2009 and No 300/2008) and the Aviation Security Act, it must be ensured for all freight and mail items to be transported by air that the consignments do not contain prohibited items which are subject to EU regulation in air freight or air mail.
Accordingly, all mail items to be carried by air are subject to the legally required aviation security controls.


• In addition to potentially explosive, flammable, or other hazardous materials, everyday items such as lithium batteries / rechargeable batteries for the operation of electronic equipment cause complaints.
Therefore, we do not ship lithium batteries / rechargeable batteries for the operation of electronic devices INTERNATIONAL (third country)!

Shipping costs are not just postage costs.
Shipping costs include:


- Packaging material (cardboard, padding material, adhesive tape, etc.)
- Paper (stickers, cover letters, etc.)
- Working hours (dispatch production)
- Real pure DHL postage costs
- DHL toll, CO2-, Crisis- and Energy surcharge.
