Your order is usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

After dispatch, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

The processing time of 1–2 business days refers to the preparation and dispatch of your order by ETARI. The subsequent transport and delivery time depends on DHL and the respective destination country.

Important Information for International Shipping

Please observe DHL transport exclusions and safety regulations.

Due to applicable EU air freight security regulations, in particular EU Regulations No. 272/2009 and No. 300/2008 as well as the German Aviation Security Act, shipments transported by air are subject to the legally required security checks.

Certain dangerous or prohibited items may not be transported by air freight.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BATTERIES AND RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES:

In addition to explosive, highly flammable or other dangerous substances, lithium batteries and rechargeable lithium batteries may also be subject to special shipping restrictions.

For international shipments to non-EU countries, we do not ship lithium batteries or rechargeable lithium batteries for operating electronic devices.
