The Dragon magnetic slide hammer is the technical evolution of the proven Onehand Magnet, engineered for fast, controlled cold-glue dent repair. It combines a compact footprint with improved striking performance, optimized pulling force, and high control on vehicle panels.

The slide hammer is especially suited to small and medium hail damage and very small parking-lot dents. For larger parking dents, we recommend our slide hammers such as Mangust and standard slide hammer with cold glue.

Compared with the predecessor, the Dragon is 23% more compact, making it easy to carry—practically rear-pocket portable. The tighter layout can also reduce working tilt, which may reduce fatigue.

Improved strike performance and optimized pulling force

Despite the smaller form, strike performance is improved through a longer stroke, an optimized striking weight, and better airflow. The hammer feels more direct, faster, and more controllable.

Precisely tuned magnetic retention supports pull force, especially with small adapters—so the Dragon stays effective and controlled with smaller glue tabs.

Automatic return system with magnetic retention

The automatic return system brings the hammer back to the starting position after each strike when used correctly. Magnetic retention holds the shaft reliably so you can re-seat the hammer immediately after every strike. This allows for fast, controlled, efficient cold-glue work.

The spring is balanced so the Dragon is optimized for adapters from 10 to 20 mm diameter, delivering very good pull for small and medium glue adapters. Larger adapters require more swing to keep the return function reliable.

Compact handle for precise work

Thanks to its shortened handle, the Dragon can be placed onto the dent with exceptional precision. The user can position the adhesive adapter with greater control and grip the slide hammer more conveniently and comfortably.

Even with the extremely short handle, standard-length M6 threaded pins still fit the adapter receiver, keeping M6 adapter compatibility.

When pressed to the work surface, the handle can rotate together with the adapter.

Protected functional design

The new protected functional design adds everyday work benefits. The Dragon can stand on its head, with the head magnet adding extra support.

It can also lie flat, mainly resting on the rubber rings, while the head shape forms a stable flat base to prevent rolling away.

Internal decompression and spring relief

The integrated rebound mechanism shields the spring from direct strike loading—extending spring life while keeping the strike firm with minimal damping.

Inward decompression openings let the shaft move freely in both directions, reducing unnecessary air resistance.
