BIG SMILE is a battery-powered tool for experienced PDR technicians. It is designed to stabilise sheet metal during dent repair. This version runs on a compatible Makita 18 V LXT battery, allowing you to work without a mains power cable.

The output can be adjusted continuously to suit the repair. The tool features a carbon electrode holder, a magnetic ground connection and an aluminium housing with rubber feet. Thermal overload protection helps prevent overheating, while battery protection helps prevent excessive discharge.

Compatible Batteries

This version is designed for Makita 18 V LXT lithium-ion batteries. The manufacturer’s manual lists the BL1860, BL1850 and BL1830 models. Battery and charger are not included.
