The innovative induction unit T-Hotbox is now also available for application on aluminum.
The Alu T-Hotbox makes it possible to eliminate small and soft dents on car body parts made of aluminum without and with post-lacquering within a short time.
The Alu T-Hotbox is a professional helper for dent doctors and dent remover for dent removal without repainting on aluminum sheets, only where the metal tension goes outside.
Applications:
Easy repair of small and soft dents on aluminum sheets, caused by hail damage or transport damage, without damaging the lacquer.
The Alu T-Hotbox can also be used for pre-treatment of larger dents prior to finishing with conventional deburring tools, such as a printing iron.
In addition, it is possible with the device to remove so-called "frogs" (warped sheet).
Function:
The metal is heated by induction, it contracts, and the molecules of the plate are returned to their original form in the case of smaller soft dents, where the metal stress goes outwards, and the dent is removed by this process.
To prevent the metal from overheating and not to burn the varnish, allow the sheet to cool down after each application before proceeding with the treatment.
