Two-sided pulling hammer with 3 adapters

The two-sided pulling hammer with 3 adapters is ideal for dent removers, dent doctors, hobbyists and specialists in dent removal in body shops. It is excellent for repairing medium to large damage to body panels using hot and cold glue.

The pull hammer has two male threads on the handles to which the included cold glue adapter or hot glue adapter can be attached. This can pull or knock out dents on the vehicle.

The pull hammer is used to flatten out larger dents with cold glue or dent small dents with cold and hot glue. If necessary, the dents can then be finished with another dent removal tool.

For better hitting power, the rubber disc can be removed when used with cold glue. When using the hot glue adapter, it is recommended to keep the rubber washer to increase the durability of the adapter.

It is recommended not to pull the pull hammer to create tension, but to hit directly with the moving weight part of the pull hammer.

The application temperature with cold glue should be from 18 to 25 C. At low temperatures you can, for example, use a hair dryer to heat the surface to be treated or the cold glue, which you can also knead until it becomes soft and sticks properly to your hands.
It is recommended to heat the degreased adapter with a hair dryer before applying the cold glue to the adapter, so that the glue will stick better after cooling.

How is the adhesive system with cold glue applied?

The pull hammer or slide hammer is ideally used in combination with other dent removal tools.

Before use, the surface to be treated should be degreased (e.g. with silicone remover, spirit or brake cleaner), clean and dry.

A silicone remover for cleaning or degreasing is included in the scope of delivery (as an extra, while stocks last).

Then you stick the adapter with the cold glue on the dent and by pressure and lateral movements you get a better adhesion. If you let the cold glue sit on the surface for about 1-2 minutes, it will stick even better.

(In the case of repainted or filled areas, the paint can be torn off. Please check beforehand.)

In the silicone box, both the adapters and the cold glue can always be kept tidy.

The lid of the silicone box can also be used as a base for a pull hammer, you put the pull hammer in the inverted lid (edges up), then the pull hammer does not roll away.

In addition, the lid can also be used to shape the cold glue applied to the adapters.
